BVM is registered as a producer of EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and is a member of a PCS (Producer Compliance Scheme): Econo-Weee Compliance Scheme registration number: WEE/GB0697TX.
BVM only supplies EEE B2B (business to business) and so only the B2B WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations apply.
Only complete system level products supplied by BVM might be covered by the WEEE regulations dependant on the end application of the system. Sub-assemblies, board level products, chassis and accessories supplied by BVM are not covered by the WEEE regulations.
New WEEE (products placed on the market after August 2005):
either dispose of it yourself or return the product to BVM and we will arrange for recycling.
Historical WEEE (products placed on the market before August 2005):
either dispose of it yourself or if it has been replaced by a product supplied by BVM on a like-for-like basis return the product to BVM and we will arrange for recycling.
