On-line orders
Orders can be place on-line using most popular credit and debit cards. Please note we are unable accept Diners Club or American Express card payments. For worldwide compatibility the prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling but you can select US Dollars or Euro using the menu on the left. Transactions are processed on the secure servers of WorldPay who are also your ultimate protection in the event of dissatisfaction with our service.
Quantity Prices
The quoted prices are for quantities of 1 to 10 pieces. For larger quantities please request a quotation.
Shipping Charges
A shipping charge, dependent upon the destination, is added to all orders to contribute to carriage costs. This can be viewed on the order page before finally confirming your order. BVM will normally select a courier for each shipment. If you have special requirements please contact us by email prior to placing you order.
Minimum Order Value
Unfortunately due to the high costs associated with order processing we impose a minimum order value equivalent to 100GBP.
VAT and other Taxes
Outside the EU local taxes may be due on delivery and these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Within the EU a charge of 20% will be added for VAT unless a valid VAT number is entered on the purchase form.
Within the UK 20% VAT will always be payable for applicable items.
Delivery times
Evaluation quantities (1 to 5 pieces) will normally be dispatched in 7 days of an order being placed. On receipt of your order you will be advised of the shipment date if the item is not available from stock. If the above dispatch cannot be met you will be given the option of cancelling your order.
